Big Brothers Big Sisters is a non-profit organization that has been serving Genesee County youth since 1944 through its mission to provide children, primarily from single parent families, with the friendship of a positive role model.
Funding for the program is made possible through the generosity of the community via fundraising activities, the United Way, various philanthropic sources such as the Ruth Mott Foundation and the VEIT Trust administered by Citizen's Bank, grant allocations and contributions from individual donors, special clubs and organizations.
